I worked with Rich for 5 years at gen.video. He is a great developer, which stems from his being a brilliant, thoughtful and creative person. This has shown significantly over the last 2 years as he has, without much supervision, integrated with not only multiple payment methods such as clients’ private label credit cards but also with a very complex retail sales auditing system. In both cases he worked directly with not only the vendors but with the clients to gather requirements, plan the implementation, and execute the final product.
